Privacy at IMDDC

2. Affiliation Documents and Records

Where an affiliation process requires supporting information, IMDDC may receive documents or records relevant to evaluating and administering the relationship. The information requested should be limited to what is reasonably relevant to the affiliation process.

3. How We Use Affiliation Information
